Weekly Stays: Sunday to Sunday preferred, full private suite for up to 4 guests  

    High Season - June 28 - 30, July, August to September 7, $1,250/week, extra guest $25/night

    Shoulder Season - May 15 - 30, June 1 - 27 & September 8 - 30, $1,050/week, extra guest $15/night

    Housekeeping fee of $60 is applied to weekly rentals.

Short stays: 3 nights minimum, one bedroom plus private suite for up to 2 guests

    High Season - June 28 - 30, July, August to September 7, $175/night double occupancy, extra guest $25/night  

    Shoulder Season - May 15 - 30, June 1 - 27 & September 8 - 30, $135/night double occupancy, extra guest $15/night

Once your rental dates are confirmed, we will require cheque payments as follows, to hold your booking. 

• one with current date for the deposit of 25% to confirm your reservation.

• one for the balance owing, post-dated for 30 days prior to occupancy.

• one post-dated for 30 days prior to occupancy, for $60 housekeeping fee (for weekly rentals only).

In the event that your booking is within 30 days of your stay at Sola~Terra~Luna, we require the full rental amount at time of booking.

Credit card service is not available at this time. 

 

Rental Policies:

• Completed Application Form with name of each registered guest upon confirmed booking.
• 25% non-refundable deposit required to make a reservation.
• Balance due 30 days, or more, prior to arrival.

• Confirmation of reservation, a map, and driving directions will be provided when you make your reservation.

• Check in time is 4:30 pm. Check out time is 11 am. Please let us know if earlier check-in is required.

• Children welcome. 
• Sola~Terra~Luna is non-smoking.

 

Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel before 30 days prior to your booking, we reserve 15% of the total. There are no cancellations accepted within 30 days of your intended occupancy, except under the following condition: We will continue to advertise to try and fill your cancellation.  If we are successful, your cost will be reduced to 5% of the total rental fee.  The balance will be returned to you within 30 days.
